JOHN LOVERIDGE
JOHN LOVERIDGE may be a new artist with a guitar case full of new songs, but his Herm Kovac produced alum is good solid fare in a traditional country style. Plenty of Michel Rose pedal Steel, Mick Albeck and Clare O'Meara fiddle and Stuie French guitar licks. He's written all except two of the eleven tracks and done a good job at it too. Though now headquartered on Sydney's Northern Beaches he had a spell out around Brewarrina and Bourke that left an imprint. A fixture of the Belrose Country Music Club, he's been developing a following as he polishes his skills and he's not far away from heading out to further fields to try his luck. Keep an eye out for him.
