KEL-ANNE BRANDT might be tiny, but her brand new CD I’m A Big Girl Now puts the bubbly performer right up there with the big guns of Australian country. The album is full of classic hits and quality originals, all personalised by Kel-Anne’s warm style. First single Sometimes You Win When You Lose has a compelling quality; you can hear the sunshine in the vocals. Title track I’m A Big Girl Now tells about facing the world with courage. Kel-Anne co-wrote two of the twelve tracks, Go Away Come Back written with DREW McALISTER, a snappy little song about how women change their minds mid-sentence (hey guys, it’s our prerogative, remember) and Top Of My List written with producer ROGER CORBETT. Award winning Bass/Baritone DANIEL THOMPSON joins Kel-Anne on that one, about things never done, but being happy just being together. This is a very enjoyable album, sure to win Kel-Anne even more fans.
